• Routine Data: Information regarding the skincare products, ingredients, and routines you log within the app.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App.

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To manage your skincare routine data and provide accurate conflict/synergy warnings.
• To send administrative information to you regarding premium subscriptions and timers.
• To request feedback and contact you about your use of our App.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We do not sell your personal skincare routine data to third parties.

4. Subscriptions and Apple Subscriptions

If you choose to purchase LayerSafe Premium, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
